what's the best way to quit my family's church?

if you're old enough, just stop going.  lie or not, either way you're on your way to the truth!  if you're young and need a home and roof over your head, you'll have to play them off.  being quiet or busy usually works.  remember, they're all children.  if you see the truth you're already smarter than them.
